Signing in with Email / Password

If your Elemental account uses an email address and password, this guide shows you how to sign in on the website and in the mobile app.

Prerequisites

An Elemental account that signs in with an email address and password (if you are a student, this would be set up by your teacher)

On the Website

Enter Your Email Address
Open the sign-in page
Go to elementalmusic.app and select Sign In at the top of the page. Enter your email address and select Continue.

Enter Your Password
Enter your password and select Sign in. If your account has two-step verification set up, we will ask you for a verification code before you continue.

In the Mobile App

Open the App
Open the Elemental app. If you see the welcome screen, tap Get started.

Go to Sign In
Choose Yes, take me to sign in.

Enter Your Email and Password
Enter your email address and password, then tap Sign in.

Troubleshooting

Forgotten Your Password?

Select Forgot password? on the website, or Forgot your password? in the mobile app. We will email you a reset code so you can choose a new password. See Resetting a Forgotten Password for the full steps.

You Are Sent to Google or Microsoft Instead

This means your account signs in with Google or Microsoft rather than a password. Follow the Signing in with Google or Signing in with Microsoft guide instead.
