Elemental Case Studies

In the 2025-26 academic year a large multi-academy trust gave its Year 11 music students access to Elemental. They answered over 230,000 questions before sitting their GCSE written paper.

Comparing students with similar starting points from their February mock to the final exam, the data showed:

1. Students who answered more questions improved more, with 700+ questions worth about 8 marks
2. Regular use guarded against decline: above 300 questions, only around one in twenty students dropped 5 or more marks
3. Platform accuracy gave teachers information the mock mark missed, months before the final exam
