GDPR

Elemental is fully compliant with UK and EU GDPR.

By default, Elemental acts as the Data Controller for data provided to us, under GDPR Article 24, with data managed per our Privacy Policy.

For organisations integrating Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams for Education, we would recommend entering into a Data Processing Agreement. Under such agreements, Elemental acts as a Data Processor under UK GDPR Article 28.
