Sub-Processors
Elemental uses trusted service providers for the processing of the Student Data.
Student Data
These are our sub-processors, and they are the list in Section 5 of every Data Processing Agreement.
Where a sub-processor is headquartered outside of the UK or EU, transfer safeguards are in place through UK IDTAs or SCCs with UK Addendums, incorporated as part of their standard Data Processing Agreements, linked below.
All sub-processors are bound by agreements to ensure compliance under the UK GDPR.
We will provide notice before adding new sub-processors. You will have a reasonable opportunity to object on reasonable data protection grounds before any new sub-processor is added.

Other data
These providers never receive Student Data. They only process data for which Elemental is the Data Controller. They are therefore not sub-processors under our Data Processing Agreements and are instead governed by our Privacy Policy.
